Hi I’m Dr. Nannette Crowley

FOUNDER OF THE RHEUMATOLOGY WELLNESS CENTER AND COFOUNDER OF HEART OF GEORGIA RHEUMATOLOGY

I am a board-certified rheumatologist who is passionate about helping patients achieve health and wellness by addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I received my medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine, completed my Internal Medicine residency at The Medical Center of Central Georgia, and went on to complete a Rheumatology fellowship at Emory University. Most recently, I completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona.

For more than two decades, I have cared for patients with autoimmune and rheumatic diseases in Middle Georgia. My approach combines the best of conventional rheumatology with evidence-based lifestyle and integrative medicine strategies, recognizing that nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, relationships, and purpose all play important roles in healing and well-being. I believe that excellent medical care should not only treat disease but also help patients live fuller, healthier, and more meaningful lives.

A resident of Macon since 1993, I am deeply invested in the community I serve. I am a board member of Macon Periods Easier, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending period poverty through education and access to menstrual products.

When not caring for patients, I enjoy spending time with my two children, traveling, cooking, gardening, and exploring new ways to bring wellness and balance into everyday life.
